By downloading or using Lexi ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own language learning.
Acceptable use
Use the app for lawful, personal, educational purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Content
Vocabulary, example sentences and translations are provided for learning reference and may contain occasional imperfections. They are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app to the extent permitted by law.
Lexi Pro: subscriptions and one-time purchase
Lexi is free to use. Lexi Pro is an optional upgrade, available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Price and duration are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency, on the Lexi Pro screen.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period continues until it ends.
- Lifetime purchase is a single payment, does not renew, and does not expire.
- Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same Apple Account, use "Restore purchases" on the Lexi Pro screen.
- Free trial (if offered). Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms of Use; we cannot issue refunds directly. See Apple’s refund request page.
What Lexi Pro unlocks, and what the free tier includes, is listed in the app on the Lexi Pro screen. Those limits may change in future versions; the version shown in the app at the time of purchase is what applies to that purchase.
